At Jiovance we have one payment providers: PayPal. These are the only payment systems we use.

How to Pay with PayPal ?

PayPal

When you click on your basket you will have the yellow PayPal Checkout option. You will then be asked to login to PayPal or pay as a guest.

My Debit / Credit Card is Not Working

If the payment does not process, we advise you to check the following:

That your billing address is accurate
That your card is accepted on our page
That your bank allows you to make purchases online
That you need to inform your bank that you are making an online purchase
That you have the eligible funds for the payment

If the payment continues to be denied you can contact us

Funds Were Taken From My Account

If your order has not been confirmed and you have received a billing email with transaction number, please provider us with your transaction number and pre-order number.

Bank Transfer & PO Orders

We accept bank transfers and PO orders. Please provider us, via chat or email, with the pre-order number (basket I.D). We will then send you a Pro-Forma Invoice to arrange payment. Once you have sent the transfer, simply send us a payment confirmation.
