ABOUT THE DELIVERY
Jiovance ships customers approved and paid orders from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (18:00 hours) CES Time, except on major public national holidays.
Placed orders will be processed within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation.
All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at the checkout payment homepage, and they will be reflected in the customer's invoice.
If we cannot ship to the customer's request by any chance, Jiovance will contact the customer via e-mail and by phone at the e-mail address and phone number listed on your order.
If signed by the customer or a customer representative, deliveries are considered completed at the final delivery address.
Jiovance can provide no scheduled deliveries. Therefore, Jiovance is not responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery process. Additionally, Jiovance is NOT accountable for weather-related or pandemic restrictions delays.
Please be advised that some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to the destination's customs restrictions. When this is the case, Jiovance will contact the customer via e-mail and by phone at the e-mail address and phone number listed on your order.
Undeliverable packages may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY
The customer must inspect all received packages for possible external and internal damages caused by the handling by the shipping company.
Please do not accept any delivery if the products may be considered damaged. As soon as reverse logistics is complete, Jiovance will refund the customer full store credit (excluding logistics fees).
Swatches orders, special orders, or anything cut to the size orders is considered FINAL SALES. There are NO refunds, NO cancellation, and NO returns.
Customers MUST make any kind of Claims within 10 (ten) days of the original receiving date.
Customers may order up to ten swatches for free per month.
Note of advice: Jiovance customers are encouraged to order swatches, and once they receive them, they can decide if the fabric is suitable for the purpose they have in mind for their collections. Fabric swatches are the buyer's warranty and receipt of what exactly will be sent to them if they decide to buy firmly.
Jiovance accepts returns for quality issues only, as per our general returns policies.
If no fabric quality issues are detected or the product matches the swatch sent, Jiovance will not accept returns.
If a customer mistakenly orders a fabric that they, later on, understand they do not need (e.g., customer regrets chosen color), Jiovance will not be responsible for this mistake.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
Please note that we ship internationally, and for this reason, all orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes at the destination country.
By placing an order at jiovancefabric.com, the customer is responsible for any applied importation taxes, if any, upon the package's arrival.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated according to each order, depending on the country of delivery.
Customs (Aduana) might add customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination. Therefore, please verify in advance with your customs office (representative) what amount will be charged as delivery fees at the checkout cart, as the values differ from country to country.
LOST/STOLEN
Jiovance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Jiovance is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELING ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
Orders can be cancelled within 48h. If the fabrics have been cut from the rolls, orders cannot be cancelled. In these cases, don't hesitate to get in touch with Jiovance at service@jiovancefabric.com.
Jiovance might not cancel the order for products produced on demand if the fabric is already in production.
If the cancelation is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming it. If the cancelation request is deferred, products will be invoiced and shipped to you.
RETURNS
Jiovance accepts returns for quality issues only, as per our general returns policies.
If no fabric quality issues are detected or the product matches the swatch sent, Jiovance will not accept returns.
If a customer mistakenly orders a fabric that they, later on, understand they do not need (e.g., customer regrets chosen color), Jiovance will not be responsible for this mistake.
See below the classification for custom fabric production:
· Fabrics not in stock produced exclusively under the customer's order
· Orders made under a customer's custom order and/or exclusive specifications (e.g. colors)
EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY UNDER THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
- The quality is not as the one approved (defects on fabric, colorfastness)
· The color is different from swatch colored approved

Jiovance Will Process Product Collection. The Right To Return Products Only Occurs If The Products:
1.Have not been handled, maintaining their original features
2.The packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged)
3.Have not been adulterated
4.Maintain the identification label
